The construction of the MS500 begins with a body crafted from Silver Silkwood, complemented by a bolt-on Queensland Maple neck. It features a Rosewood fingerboard adorned with Dot inlays, a 25.5-inch scale length, and 22 frets. For pickups, it boasts a Maton MVHB humbucker with coil-tap capability in the bridge position, paired with the Maton MVSC single coil in the neck position. Control is simplified with single volume and tone knobs, a Coil Tap Switch, and a vintage-styled 3-way chrome Rotary Selector Switch offering Cool, Mid-Way, and Hi-Fi settings. Completing the package are chrome stop tailpiece and bridge components, anchoring the strings to the body, all finished in Maton's signature glossy style."
