We understand that every musician has their unique style, just as different types and brands of guitars have their distinct characteristics. Our goal is to tailor your guitar setup as closely as possible to your preferences.
 

However, if you find yourself unsatisfied with the setup or service, don't fret! You can return your instrument within seven days for complimentary adjustments. If, after these adjustments, you're still not delighted, we will gladly refund the full service cost, deducting only the expenses for parts and strings.

ELECTRIC/ACOUSTIC/BASS SETUP & SERVICE - $109

• Clean and oil the fingerboard to remove any dirt and grime buildup. 

​

• Polish the frets to remove any tarnish or oxidation. 

​

• Adjust the truss rod to ensure proper neck relief and straightness. Set the action or string height to your preferred playing style. 

​

• Set the intonation to ensure accurate tuning across the entire fretboard. 

​

• Check and oil the machine heads & hardware to ensure smooth tuning and stability. 

​

• Inspect and clean the electronics, including pickups, switches, and pots. 

​

• Restring the guitar with fresh strings of your preferred gauge and brand. 

​

• Perform a full clean and polish of the guitar to keep it looking and playing great!

 Fret dressing is a process used to restore the frets on a guitar neck to a smooth, even, and properly crowned condition. It involves levelling, crowning, rounding the edges, and polishing all the frets. The process helps to eliminate any intonation or playability issues caused by worn down or uneven frets.
