Yes. We are located at 2/101 Keira Street, Wollongong, NSW 2533 (corner Keira/Smith Street across from Dominos Pizza). We are open Tuesday-Friday between 10:00 and 5:30, til 7:00 on Thursdays, Saturday between 10:00 and 4:00 and Sunday between 10:00 and 2:00 *Closed Mondays and Public Holidays*
Where is the best place to park?
There is parking along Smith St and Keira St, as well as a car park directly across the road at Dominos Pizza (if you buy a pizza...)
How do I go about purchasing an item from your website?
Just click the "ADD TO CART" button next to the the item. We accept credit card, direct deposit or PayPal. If paying via bank transfer please contact us & we will respond with the Elliott's Guitars bank details. If contacting us by phone, please quote the SKU number to assist our staff in your query.
I'm after a specific bit of gear, can you source the item for me?
Yes we can. Contact us with your vehement gear related desires and we'll do our best to find it for you.
Do you do trade-ins?

Actually I really like the look of that thing you're selling over there, can I trade what I have for said thing?
Depending on what you have to trade, we might be able to help
Can I put something on Lay-by?
On most items we offer lay-by for a minimum 20% deposit, for a maximum of one month. A longer term can sometimes be negotiated depending on the circumstances.
Do you provide warranty and returns?
We offer the manufacturer warranty (usually twelve months) on new items. We offer a 7 Day warranty on second hand items. We will list any faults when describing each item. We give all second hand items a condition rating. We offer a 7 Day credit on change of mind. We do NOT accept returns on consignment items, so please consider this before buying. All warranty returns will only be accepted once the items has been fully inspected by Elliott's Guitars.
How does your condition rating work?
We do out best to describe all second hand items in great detail and are more than happy to provide extra photos upon request.
Excellent, has barely been taken out of the case.
Very Good, some minor wear when closely inspected. Occasionally played.
Good, small marks or dings, has been played, but taken care of.
Fair, some scratches, dings- has been well played.
Heavy, lots of scratches, dings, has been played a lot, plenty of mojo!
Note: Rating only refers to cosmetic condition of the item, all items are in playing order. Age is also a major consideration. A 70-year-old instrument can't be held to the same standard as one that was made this year. It's important to keep in mind that it's all relative.
Do you offer postage?
Yes. If there is an item without a postage cost specified, please contact us with your address & we will respond with a quote.

Yes. We can exchange your purchase for something else within 7 days of purchase. We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
