A super clean 1978 Fender Telecaster Standard featuring a 3-tone sunburst finish over one-piece ash body, maple neck with rosewood fretboard, twin single coil pickups, 3-way tone switch and vintage ash-tray bridge. The machine heads have been replaced with reproduction Fender F-logo tuners (as per the originals) and the pickguard has also been replaced with a reproduction 3-ply black unit as would have been fitted originally. Condition is fair overall with a couple of small marks, some lacquer peel on the neck (common on 70's Fenders) and one larger knock on the back/side, playability is excellent. CTS pots date to '79- possible repair job or a very early '79 model, serial dates '77-'78.
