A super-clean example of an early 70's Gibson ES-325 in a transparent cherry factory finish. These are the little brother to the illustrious ES-335 and they feature mini-humbuckers (think Gibson Firebird) instead of the normal size humbuckers that Gibson guitars are known for. They also have a top-loading control panel which makes them easier to work on. This one feels great to play with a the 1 9/1 6" nut width. Frets are in great shape and overall condition is very good. The pots and caps have been changed at some staged there are two later Gibson pots and two with no markings. The pickups sound killer, they have a bit of grunt and are bright and punchy as well. This model Gibson is favored by Caleb Followill from the Kings of Leon; he has a walnut one and a red one just like this one. Comes with Australian Stamford OHSC.
